Today we are constantly bombarded with new diet fads that may help you lose a few pounds initially but aren't sustainable long-term.  You either quit because the restrictions aren't practical with your lifestyle or you struggle to get a couple pounds off only to have them build back on months after once you stop. 

However, you don't have to continue this trend of yo-yo dieting. With nutrition coaching, we will look at your routine, talk about your goals and develop a realistic plan to help you become a healthier, happier you.

  • How will I communicate with you?
    We will start off having a video chat or phone call. Then you will have access to an app which will include your workouts and a way to contact me 24/7.
  • Should I keep track of what I do in each workout?
    Yes! We want to be able to track the progress as you go and it will help me continue provide you challenging but manageable workouts in the future. You will fill in certain areas on the app while competing your workout. If you prefer paper and pencil then you can also just jot it down.
  • What do we do during the initial consulation?
    First we will talk about your overall health, lifestyle and workout history. Then discuss and determine your short and long-term goals. We will wrap it up by going over the basics of your program and how you will access your information.
  • How often will we touch base?
    At a minimum, once a week. However, I am available for questions anytime via the app.
  • How will I get my workouts?
    You will receive your workout through an app every week.
  • Do I need any specific equipment?
    Not at all! While I recommend having a pair of dumbbells, a yoga mat and stability ball, it is no problem to program a workout without any equipment that is highly effective.
  • How many workouts will I get per week?
    The number of workouts will be dependent on your lifestyle and goals.
  • Will you provide me with a grocery list?
    Throughout the program, we will go over healthy grocery store options!
  • How will we track my progress?
    Via the app. At the beginning, you will upload before pictures and your measurements to your online portfolio. We will then update it along the way and watch the progress happen!
  • How will I communicate with you?

  • How often will we touch base?
    Everyday you will get a new lesson while working on a positive habit to practice. We will then touch base a minimum of once a week, however, I am available 24/7 via the app.
  • Do you work with both athletes and those who just want to be health and/or lose weight?
    Yes! I can tailor this program to anyones needs.
  • What do we do during the initial consulation?
    First we will talk about your overall health, lifestyle and diet history. Then discuss and determine your short and long-term goals. We will wrap it up by going over the basics of the program and how you will access the information.
  • How is this different than regular dieting?
    Instead of the all of nothing dieting approach, I use a sustainable, practice-based approach to help clients build healthy habits into their lives, one day at a time.
  • How does this program work?
    You will recieve a daily nutrition/lifestyle lesson and habit. Each lesson and habit is designed to help you reach your goals. To make it convienent even for the busiest of people, the lesson will come in the form of an text-based article which can directly be accessed right on your phone or computer. Some days may require a quick activity “homework” which can take anywhere from 5-15 minutes.
